MARDI GRAS Celebration

During Mardi Gras we really let our hair down and show New Orleans how to celebrate. Expect nothing less than the finest and insanely decadent and delicious creations at the Saint Lawrence during this time of revelry. We also encourage our guests to partake in the world-famous medieval tradition of wearing colorful masks and beads during Mardi Gras while listening to our musically talented staff members performing a traditional New Orleans brass hall band show and playing twice nightly. We offer a special family style bayou menu during Mardi Gras complete with house-made andouille, crab and shrimp etouffee, red beans and rice plus don’t forget the king cake!
